'Ryan's Daughter'
That movie brought me to Ireland! When I first saw 'Ryan's Daughter' a long time ago I fell in love with the incredible landscape, music and story. I was always hoping to visit the breathtaking film locations chosen by David Lean in 1969. When we moved to the island my old dream came true and I drove to Slea Head and Dunquin. I have often been there and each time it is looking differently. It is wonderful to have seen some other film locations as well where the key scenes were captured like on the Inch Beach on the Dingle Peninsula and on the Banna Strand in Tralee... more details about my 'Ryan's Daughter' tour will follow ...
